THE CENTRAL PREMISE OF THE BOOK
Inflammation is the worksite. Resolution is the completed job.
Pain, redness, warmth, swelling, stiffness, fatigue, and immune activity are visible parts of a larger biological sequence. They show that the body has changed its operating mode to protect and repair tissue.
Quieting one signal does not prove that debris was cleared, collagen was restored, membranes were rebuilt, excess fluid drained, or the original input disappeared. The complete question is whether the tissue reached an ending.

Alarm opens the repair site
