Order processing
Available shipping destinations, charges, and delivery estimates appear during checkout. Orders are prepared on business days. Weekends, holidays, address verification, severe weather, carrier interruptions, and unusually high order volume can affect processing and transit times.
An order confirmation means that ENR received the order. It does not mean that a carrier has accepted the package. A separate shipping confirmation is sent when tracking becomes available.
Shipment timing and delays
ENR uses the shipping estimate displayed at checkout as the expected time frame. If no shipping time is stated, federal rules generally require the seller to have a reasonable basis to expect shipment within 30 days.
If ENR cannot ship within the promised time, ENR will provide a revised estimate and the choice required by applicable law, which may include agreeing to the delay or canceling the unshipped order for a refund.
Addresses and delivery
Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate, and deliverable address. Contact ENR immediately if an address is wrong. An address cannot always be changed after fulfillment begins.
Carrier scans and delivery estimates are controlled by the carrier. Unless a written delivery guarantee is offered at checkout, an estimated arrival date is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Tracking and packages marked delivered
Tracking can take time to update after a label is created. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, check the delivery location, household members, nearby entrances, parcel lockers, and the carrier before contacting ENR.
Send ENR the order number and tracking number if the package remains missing. ENR may open a carrier inquiry and may require the customer to complete supporting documentation before a replacement or refund decision is made.
Damage, missing items, or incorrect items
Contact ENR promptly if a package arrives damaged, an item is missing, or the wrong item was sent. Include the order number, the affected product, a photograph of the shipping label, and clear photographs of the package and product when relevant.
Keep the package, packing material, and product until the issue is resolved. This evidence may be needed for a carrier or fulfillment claim.
International orders and product care
International shipping is available only when an international destination can be selected at checkout. The recipient is responsible for import restrictions, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and customs delays unless checkout states otherwise.
After delivery, follow the storage directions on the physical product label. Do not leave supplements exposed to prolonged heat, freezing conditions, moisture, or direct sunlight.
