Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using the Elite Nutrition Research website, you agree to these Terms and Disclaimers and the linked Privacy, Shipping, and Returns policies. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order through it.
The online store is intended for adults who can enter a binding purchase agreement. A person using the store for an organization represents that the person has authority to act for that organization.
Educational scope and medical disclaimer
ENR publishes general educational information about nutrition, biology, lifestyle, dietary supplements, and related topics. Website content does not provide individualized medical diagnosis or treatment and does not create a clinician-patient relationship.
Do not use the website to replace prescribed care, change medication, diagnose an illness, or delay evaluation by an appropriate licensed healthcare professional. Call emergency services or seek urgent care for an emergency, a severe reaction, or an acute medical concern.
Dietary supplements and physical labels
Read the current physical package before using a dietary supplement. Follow the serving directions, ingredient list, allergen information, warnings, storage instructions, and guidance from a qualified professional. Website label transcriptions are provided for readability and can lag behind a packaging revision.
Ask an appropriate professional before use if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, take medication, are preparing for surgery, or are giving a product to a child. Stop use and seek appropriate help if an adverse reaction occurs.
Structure, function, and evidence language
Descriptions of ingredients, biological pathways, normal body structure, and normal physiological function are educational and do not convert a dietary supplement into a treatment for disease. Research discussed on the site can involve different populations, forms, doses, durations, or outcomes than an ENR product.

Health Quiz and recommendations
The ENR Health Quiz is a self-assessment for education. Its score reflects the answers selected and the teaching framework built into the tool. It is not a validated diagnostic instrument, medical examination, laboratory test, or prescription.
A formula, food, or lifestyle priority displayed by the quiz is a topic to consider and research. It is not a finding that a person has a deficiency, disease, or need for a particular treatment.
Orders, prices, and availability
Prices, inventory, taxes, shipping options, variants, and purchase controls are managed through the live Squarespace store. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. ENR may accept, limit, or cancel an order because of an inventory or pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, shipping restriction, or another lawful operational reason.
Product images, packaging, and website content can change. The product identity, quantity, and physical label delivered with the product control over decorative imagery or an older website transcription. Shipping and return questions are governed by the policies linked from this page.
Intellectual property
ENR books, articles, illustrations, course materials, product descriptions, trademarks, logos, quizzes, downloads, and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal reading and ordinary linking are permitted.
Reproduction, resale, republication, systematic extraction, scraping for republication, model training, or commercial reuse requires written permission unless applicable law provides otherwise. A product purchase does not transfer ownership of ENR intellectual property.
Acceptable use
Visitors may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, overload services, misuse forms, impersonate another person, violate another person's rights, bypass purchase controls, or use the site in violation of law.
ENR may restrict access, cancel an abusive transaction, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers, business, or public.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to Squarespace services, payment processors, carriers, Amazon, research databases, publishers, social platforms, or other third parties. ENR does not control their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices.
A link or citation is provided for convenience or context and does not guarantee an outside product, claim, service, or website. Review the third party's terms before using it.
Website availability and limits
ENR works to keep website information accurate and available but does not promise that every page, file, research link, price transcription, or interactive feature will always be uninterrupted, complete, current, or error free. The site may be corrected, changed, suspended, or withdrawn.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENR is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing here excludes a warranty, right, or liability that applicable law does not allow ENR to exclude.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio, without overriding consumer protections that apply in a customer's home jurisdiction. Any dispute must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction, subject to any nonwaivable right.
ENR may update these terms when the website, products, services, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated version is posted means the visitor accepts the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
