Accessibility Statement
Elite Nutrition Research is working to keep its website understandable, operable, and usable across common devices, browsers, keyboards, and assistive technologies.

Our commitment
ENR wants customers and readers with disabilities to be able to research products, understand educational material, use the store, and request support. Accessibility is treated as continuing work because content, commerce tools, documents, and assistive technologies change over time.
This statement describes current practices and a path for help. It is not a claim that every page or third-party component has been independently audited or meets every technical success criterion.
Design practices
The custom ENR page system uses semantic headings, descriptive links, visible keyboard focus, text alternatives for meaningful images, readable product and label tables, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion support. Color is not intended to be the only way important information is communicated.
ENR also works to keep text readable at browser zoom, preserve logical reading order, label interactive controls, and provide clear error or instruction text where the custom code controls the experience.
Commerce and third-party tools
Squarespace controls portions of the product grid, account, cart, checkout, cookie controls, and other platform interfaces. Payment processors, embedded services, linked research databases, Amazon, and shipping providers control their own websites and accessibility practices.
If a third-party step blocks a purchase or support request, contact ENR and describe the task. ENR will look for a reasonable alternative that preserves account and payment security.
Documents, labels, and older content
Older PDFs, scans, book previews, product-label images, or archived material may not have complete text structure or descriptions. The physical product label remains the controlling source for current ingredients, serving directions, warnings, and storage instructions.
Ask for an accessible text explanation or alternate format when a product label, table, article, or downloadable document is difficult to use.
Report an accessibility barrier
Use the Contact page or call 330-970-9787. Identify the page or product, what you were trying to do, what prevented completion, the device and browser used, any assistive technology involved, and the preferred way to receive a response.
Do not include full payment-card information or sensitive medical records. If secure information is required to complete the request, ask ENR for the appropriate method first.
Response and updates
ENR will review reported barriers, prioritize issues that block purchases or access to important safety information, and provide an alternate path when reasonably possible. Resolution time depends on the page, vendor, and technical cause.
This statement will be updated as the website, audit findings, and accessibility practices change.
